The legal basis for processing personal data is Art. 6 par. 1 lit. b GDPR or Art. 13 par. 1 and 2 SFADP, supplemented by your consent as per Art. 6 par. 1 lit. a GDPR or Art. 13 par. 1 SFAFP. Special Categories of Personal Data are processed based on Art. 9 par. 1 lit. g GDPR or Art. 13 par. 1 and 2 SFADP, with additional consent as per Art. 9 par. 2 lit. a GDPR and Art. 10 GDPR or Art. 13 par. 1 SFAFP.
Personal data may be transferred abroad, and by consenting, you acknowledge that such data is subject to foreign laws. Recipients may include affiliates, service providers, assignees, government authorities, and other entities worldwide.
Personal data may be used for direct marketing purposes, such as offering insurance products/services and providing after-sales services. Consent is the legal basis for processing personal data for direct marketing.
Special categories of personal data may be processed for identity verification and underwriting purposes. Consent is obtained for processing such sensitive data.
You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. Withdrawal may be communicated in writing to the Data Controller.
As a data subject, you have various rights, including the right to information, rectification, restriction of processing, erasure ("Right to be Forgotten"), data portability, objection, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

The Company retains personal data for the duration of the business relationship, including legal obligations and legitimate business interests. Upon the conclusion of the required retention period, data is deleted or anonymized.
